Nathan seamlessly helped us navigate new territory with a positive attitude, hone our search and refine our offers to get us to the finish line on the timeline we wanted. Although inventory is at a near all-time high, the neighborhood we ultimately settled on is still extremely competitive. No question was too small for Nathan, and as two working parents, he offered us flexibility on viewings, calls, and timely turned around all requests for viewings/offers. He also provided great insights on how to make our offers more competitive while not being overly aggressive.
